Our Premium Support customers get a dedicated senior team led by an experienced engineer developing Awesome Graphs, faster initial response times, tailored solutions based on their needs, and additional benefits outlined in our plan comparison table.
Premium Support is priced at $2,400 per year, plus VAT, with a minimum subscription period of one year. Additional details can be found in our Premium Support Terms.
The duration of the Premium Support Subscription is one year. It automatically renews each year unless canceled before the end of the subscription period.
